Josh has been leading in worship ministry since 2015. He and his wife Hannah moved to Orange County, CA in 2017 to expand their ministry within the local church, as well as with Likewise. Josh serves as the lead pastor and director for The Likewise Connection team, facilitating relationships and bridging gaps between worship leaders and churches across the country.

Luke has benefited from many Christian business mentors who have instilled both integrity and a passion for entrepreneurship. He had always had a love for business and started his first endeavor when he was 16. Since then, he has been blessed to be a part of many growing businesses, launching products and service lines alike. Luke is very excited to be part of The Likewise Connection—he looks forward to participating in the ministry’s growth and learning from such an amazing team!
Cat Reaves
Social Media Host
Despite growing up without church community, Cat’s passion to serve God and His people began at a young age. In her mid-twenties Cat finally found a church to call home and quit her full-time job to pursue her calling into ministry. Apart from being wife to Rob and full-time mommy to her beautiful daughter Nai’a, Cat now serves on the Creative Communications team to help grow and nurture Likwise’s social media community.
