Sometimes you just need the right introduction. This no-frills option starts with a $500 non-refundable fee and gives you up to three curated candidate referrals over 60 days. If you decide to hire one, a 5% placement fee applies, minus your initial payment.
Full Service Placement
Perfect for churches hiring key leaders and seeking an experienced partner to guide the process start to finish.
A full-service search designed to help you hire with clarity and confidence. For 20% of the candidate’s first-year salary, we guide you through a comprehensive 120-day process—including unlimited curated referrals, job description consulting, candidate vetting, interview coaching, and 30/60/90- day post-hire check-ins. 25% of the total fee is paid upfront (non-refundable) to begin the search.
